Office 365 server side signatures not rendering properly in Outlook 2016, fine in Outlook for the web

I'm attempting to create server side signature in EAC (Office 365). It's a very simple HTML signature with logo, however, Outlook 2016 will not show the company logo properly no matter what I do with it. It has height, but no width. It just looks like a line going down the side of the message. It views perfectly fine from Outlook on the Web. Does anyone know if Outlook needs the JPG to have certain properties to allow it to render in the app?

Outlook 2016 used a word-based engine to rendering HTML, while in legacy version of Outlook, IE is used as HTML rendering engine. You might be encountering a known issue that HTML not rendering correctly in Outlook. – Steve Fan – 2019-05-09T03:16:25.393
