Adobe Brackets Color Scheme for Sublime text 3 and double quotes highlights always orange

Question

this theme https://packagecontrol.io/packages/Brackets%20Color%20Scheme in my ST3 and it works perfectly as expected but for the case of having something like this

echo "$a perfectly working";

the $a is not white but orange as the other normal strings i tried then using {$a} but was still orange

also for this

<tag attr="<?php echo "$a"; ?>">Tag</tag>

everything inside the attr="" is colored orange as normal text instead from

white for <php ?> - $a
blue for echo
