add "tab scroll" to chromium?

Question

Issue:

In Canary, it's not possible to select tabs after the 100th tab by default.

In the above image, the selected tab is not indicated in the tab bar so it cannot be dragged.

Expected behavior:

In Chrome, after the 100th tab, the tab bar scrolls to the selected tab so that it can be dragged to new windows.

In the above image, the 3rd tab is visibly selected and can be dragged.

Question:

Is there a way to enable automatic tab scrolling so that the selected tab can be dragged?
