How to permanently apply command line switches to google chrome

0

I am trying to limit google chromes process ram & memory usage, I understand that the devs have built this in using the command-line-switch: --process-per-site...

However, this is only run when using the actual command-line or a shortcut with the command-line argument applied...

Is there any effective way other than a shortcut to permanently apply the command line switch to chrome?

If it matters any: I'm running Windows 10 Home on a HP Envy Laptop :)
