How to get rid of Pertonthati.info and its notifications?

First, About Pertonthati.info

Pertonthati.info is a social engineering scam site. Pertonthati.info site is trying to deceive the user into subscribing to push notifications.

Pertonthati.info displays intrusive and annoying pop-up ads in the web browser on your device.

Pertonthati.info virus is a browser hijacker that may be installed to your browsers without any notification, not to talk about asking your permission.

... you will begin seeing unwanted pop-up window from Pertonthati.info on your screen even when your browser is not visible.

Now, how to remove Pertonthati.info?

I've been to a dozen of sites claiming to have detailed instruction on removing Pertonthati.info, which pretty much contains the same steps, such as:

• Checking the Task Manager
• Disabling Startup programs
• Uninstall Pertonthati.info from Windows
• Eliminate Pertonthati.info extension from your browsers

However, all of them use dubious terms when it comes to actual locating/removing Pertonthati.info, as listed in the following:

"suspicious processes" like:

Open your Task Manager by using the Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys and go to the Processes tab. Look for any suspicious processes. For example, any unfamiliar process that uses high amounts of RAM and/or CPU. If you aren’t sure if a certain process comes from malware, tell us in the comments.

"suspicious entries" like:

Use the Winkey + R keyboard combination to open the Run search bar and type msconfig. Hit Enter and in the newly opened window, go to the Startup tab. There, look for suspicious entries with unknown manufacturer or ones that have the name Pertonthati.info on them.

The problem is that I didn't find anything of what they are saying.

So, any one knows how exactly to get rid of Pertonthati.info and its notifications?
(Please do not use this question to promote any "tools" that remove Pertonthati.info automatically, I tried two or three, which are all requiring $$$ for them to solve such simple question)
