Outlook 2007 marks my sent mail as spam

I have a number of accounts on mydomain.co.uk that are set up as "gmail with custom domain". It has been that way for a number of years. Since last Thursday I noticed that outgoing emails sent from xxx@mydomain.co.uk via Outlook 2007 end up in spam folders. This happens for all the accounts. Mails sent from these addresses via phone (gmail) or web (again gmail) are unaffected. Incoming emails are not affected. Any clues what to try?

I do. The SPF records indicate the hosting company rather than google. – Thetsar – 2019-04-29T19:34:08.440
