Additional language bar that appeared, how do I get rid of it [Windows 10]

Question

So my default English keyboard disappeared today, so I disabled the us QWERTY keyboard, then added it in again. And for whatever reason, the language bar appeared, and I can't get rid of it.

I'm not talking about the system icons. Input Indicator I like this one, and I want this one.

However, there's this one Language Bar

When I right click and click "Restore language bar" Language Bar restored

When right clicked, there seemed to only be a minimize option which brought me back to the first problem.

Google search wasn't much of a help because everyone wanted to know how to get rid of the Input Indicator while I want to get rid of this language bar that appeared out of nowhere.
