How to assign max/min using cell values instead of typing an explicit number in Google Docs

Question

In google sheets, I want to set the min. value of the axis range and the max. value using values contained in cells instead of explicitly typing it in the fields. I was thinking that there is/should be a way to set the max. for example to be =$A$1 rather than entering the value 20 in the max field.

Is this possible without writing script code?
