We are using Azure Dev Ops Server 2019 on premise. I am trying to figure out how I can have a global *secret password variable that I can share against all team projects. I have over 300 projects and I don't want to go in and create a new variable group in each project, also it would need to be available for any new projects. This password variable will be used in our release pipeline.
