Error when importing TensorFlow using Python 3.6 within Anaconda - Windows 10

Question

I've been attempting to get a deep learning environment setup on my PC for a few days to no avail. I keep running into the same sorts of problems, the one I can't get around has to do with pywrap_tensorflow. Here's the error I'm getting within Anaconda:
