Can I add pycharm to the list of programs able to be run from the Anaconda Navigator?

I am a long time user of Pycharm. However, I have recently started some serious projects where I need to tweak small segments of code and not necessarily the whole program. People suggested using anaconda (which so far I can not say I am emtirely impressed with) to use Spyder and jupyter (which I used a while ago and like). I installed the new version of pycharm which has conda integration. However, pycharm does not show up in the anaconda navigator. Is this a way to change this?
