Cinnamon Mint - Remove password questions

Question

I search for a way to remove password questions from the UI of Mint 19.1 Cinnamon / Mate.

This is not about login / screensaver, this ones are already removed, but about the really much to much questions in the UI, e.g. if software should be installed from an already well known repository, if a update should be done and so on.

For command line it would be easy with sudo visudo (but there i find passwords okay). But the settings there e.g. for duration are ignored in UI.

Please note: it is no question wether it is good or bad to remove it, it is just a question how to remove it.
