How can I have a keyboard viewer in Windows 10 like the one in OSX?

Windows 10 has the On-Screen Keyboard and the Touch Keyboard to display the keyboard layout. The Touch Keyboard is the most pleasing aesthetically but disappears whenever a key is pressed on the physical keyboard. The On-Screen Keyboard is the closest thing to the keyboard viewer in OSX. The main differences are:

  • The key sizes (font size) do not change when I resize the On-Screen Keyboard window.

  • The keypresses (other than Ctrl, Alt, Shift and Win) are not shown on the On-Screen Keyboard.

  • The modifiers (other than Ctrl, AltGR and Shift) do not change the appearance of the keys that will be modified. For example, using the United States-International keyboard layout, pressing keys like ', ", `, ~ and ^ before certain keys will modify them.

Is there a way to modify the Windows 10 On-Screen Keyboard to add some of these functionalities?
