I'm a nuby to Ruby and have to solve a problem with a Ruby gem ('soap4r'). When I run 'gem list --locale' in the console - as well as 'gem query' - I see 'soap4r (1.5.8)' in the list of gems being installed on my Mac. If I try to use a class from this gem, I'll get an error saying '/Applications/MAMP/Library/lib/ruby/2.3.0/rubygems/core_ext/kernel_require.rb:55:in `require': cannot load such file -- soap4r (LoadError)'.
What to do? Appreciate any help! Thanks in advance! Thomas.
