Word in Office 365 (= Word 2016): When I run a "Document Check" and select "Remove all" for the "Personal Information etc." item, this does not only remove the name of the applied template from the metadata (as expected) but actually changes the custom template to normal.dotm and applies it to the document, thus ruining all custom styles and layout. I cannot find this described anywhere; what am I missing? Thanks.
