This is how GNOME looks for me when launched with gnome-shell...
...and this is how GNOME looks for me when launched with gnome-session:
Is there any explanation or fix as to why the text is showing up bigger?
Also, as for my GNOME tweaks settings, it does have the same interface font along both screencaps (Sans Regular 11, which is set as Noto Sans in my font-config) and the same scaling factor (1.00).
