I receive daily emails from request@email.com containing information similar to this:
Start: 2019-03-28 14:00 (local time)
End: 2019-03-28 19:00 (local time)
Requester: emailalias
I want to parse the alias displayed after the word requester, add the domain.com to the end of the alias, and then send an automatic reply with an HTML content to that requester. Is this possible through Outlook rules only?

No. Outlook rules are limited to acting information that's in the mail and can't reuse part of that information for their action. You might be able to use some Addin, VBA or similar for this. – Seth – 2019-03-28T07:16:18.187
