How do i get BitDefender to ask me what to do before it decides to quarantine something?

So i tried to install a game and BitDefender (of its own volition) decided to scan the thing i downloaded and decided it was a virus and this quarantined it, removing it from use (basically it black balled it so my computer is rejecting all efforts to uninstall/reinstall it). I don't mind BD scanning and identifying something it thinks is a threat, that is the whole point of the software. What i do mind is that it does something of its own accord WITHOUT ASKING. I want to be able to tell it if the file is safe or not. It quarantined this item WITHOUT telling me what it had done or where it put it.

Is there a way to force BD to ask me what to do before is gets rid of something?

I DO NOT WANT TO STOP IT FROM SCANNING OR DEALING WITH THREATS. I just want it to let me know what is going on. I also DO NOT want to make an exception, i can't really as i have no idea what it will consider a threat or not. I need it to continue to scan things. Any help would be appreciated.
