How to reduce shortcut key delay in windows 10

Question

I have many shortcut's copied in my accessories folder and I have set a shortcut key for some of them in their properties.

I see that there is a delay in windows 10 to run this shortcut keys, Not in some previous version of windows.

I found somewhere that disabling superfetch could be useful how ever I couldnt find superfetch in my services(I have SSD drive)

Is there some value to be set in somewhere in registry or other place without disabling any services to increase shortcutkey speed?
