I am trying to find out how to deploy Windows 10 1809 Pro/Enterprise using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit v6.3.8456.1000 and Windows Deployment Server 2016 with two languages en-US and ar-JO as shown in the image below. I tried the following settings in the deployment share rules but did not succeed:
SkipLocaleSelection=YES
language=00000409
SystemLocale=ar-JO
UserLocale=en-US
UILanguage=en-US
InputLocale=ar-JO
KeyboardLocale=en-US
I need to help with the correct settings for the deployment share rules. I am not sure if the required settings should be in deployment share rules or the task sequence as well.

What results were you expecting? And what did not succeed? From what I can see, this looks right. What do you mean by two languages? Just the UI? UI and keyboard? Keyboard but not UI? Be specific, please. – Arete – 2019-06-02T22:32:12.327
