Intel has no longer support for Intel HD Graphic 3000 and there is no driver for windows 10, How ever windows installs a driver for this device automatically and it works and card is recognized, but there are some problems in my Toshiba laptop when it is waking up from standby and hibernate.
These problems happen not at all but some times and the card has no other problem, so I think that the problem can be solved.
In Standby mode when I press power button black screen is shown, the computer stops working with battery draining.
There is also a problem in waking up from hibernate, in this mode a windows 10 logo is shown and freezes.
Is there any way to make fully compatible this device in windows 10 ?

Windows 10 has a completely new driver model, so if there is no driver from Intel then this is your problem, windows probably installed a generic driver so it can display basic video, but there will be no advanced features like sleep, hibernate or other functionality.
