I have an HP laptop with out touch screen. I hooked up an HDMI from this laptop to a touch screen monitor. Then I extended the monitor. The touch screen monitor now has the control. So I dragged the windows back to my laptop. I started a powerpoint slide show and dragged it to the touch screen. The touch does not work, only the cursor does.
How do I get the laptop to remain the primary monitor? How do I get the touch screen to operate as touch?
