how to filter message where sender address is same as recipient address

Question

I receive a lot of messages on postfix (80 domains) where sender address is the same as recipient address. these message contain phishing or ask for money pretending to have hacked account.

I would like to filter all messages were sender is the same as recipient at the postfix level, so it can be rejected.
