I read an article on this question (Per app input language Windows 10), which shows this way to set per-app input language:
Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region & language > Additional date, time & regional settings > (under Language) Change input methods > Advanced settings > (under switching input methods) Check on "Let me set a different input method for each app window"
But since I'm using windows 10 build 17763, I can't find the options described there (shown in the screenshot).
Can anyone help?

Possible duplicate of How to set a different input method for each app window. Important to look at dates when it comes to Windows 10. Stuff is relocated sometimes, stuff like say how fonts and language packs are installed, are completely changed at times.
