I have an ASUS N53S with an NVIDIA Geoforce GT540M CUDA 1GB and 6 RAM , I want to use OBS for live streaming on Facebook but i'm having lag during streaming , they told me to change the codec but I couldn't , I have only x264 option as a codec , in my brother's laptop he has 2 options . I have updated all my drivers and enabled the settings in Bios ...
If I can't use NVENC in my laptop , can I use Quick sync ?
PS: I have also tried Xsplit and I still have the same problem

I'm not stuck with OBS , I just need any software where I can do facebook live streamings without lag , I have tried OBS but the x264 codec is not good for live streaming and I can't change it to NVENC or Quick Sync . – MSCS – 2019-01-26T14:34:21.640
