I want to move emails from outlook to a hard drive folder

I'd like to move emails, files and folders from outlook 365 to selected back-up folder on my computer drive. What's the best way to do this?

You probably want to create a PST file to save your email locally.

If i remember well, .pst file is automatically created since it's the default storage backend. So, just save this file and it's over. – binarym – 2019-01-10T16:13:13.853
