I want to move emails from outlook to a hard drive folder

I'd like to move emails, files and folders from outlook 365 to selected back-up folder on my computer drive. What's the best way to do this?

You probably want to create a PST file to save your email locally.

@binarym I think, because they say Outlook 365, they refer to the web interface. And as such, you will need to make this file on your computer somehow. – var firstName – 2019-01-14T17:40:04.000
