How to move all text files from subfolders into parent directory?

I do have one big folder, who does have over 400 folders (with subfolders) in it, and in these folders are about 2000-3000 text files.

How could I move all text files, from these folders, into just one directory?

Download and install Double Commander. Navigate to the top level directory, press ALT+F7 to search for *.TXT. When you get the results, click feed to listbox, then CTRL+A to select all and F6 to move to the destination directory which you have selected in the other panel. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy
