This site claims to be a bottleneck calculator. You input your GPU, CPU, RAM and storage driver into a web app which after some time gives you a calculation based on what part of your hardware is bottlenecking your performance.
Granted, the UX of this web app is not the best and the results are hard to figure out. But in general - is it possible to computationally derive the performance bottleneck of PC's based on their specs?
