Install VSFTPD SERVER in Red Hat 2.6.32-754.3.5.el6.x86_64

Question

I want to install VSFTPD SERVER in Red Hat 2.6.32-754.3.5.el6.x86_64 (the FTP server for Unix-like systems, including Linux)

so I did this:

I now I want to config it but I can't find the file vsftpd.ftpusers, anywhere

For different purposes you have two files with users:

/etc/vsftpd/ftpusers
/etc/vsftpd/user_list

First is generic, used by PAM, second is confgurable in main vsftpd config
