How to show remote desktop or server screen in view only mode?

0

I have some tools/processes running on a remote windows desktop/server on cloud as a user of that VM, which I want to show to my customers. I can give them RDP credentials but I don't want them to make any changes to the VM and just view it. Can I change something in my windows settings which can make RDP session read-only? So far I am not able to figure out right settings to change.

Is it possible to stream the "view only" desktop which I can embed in authenticated web page for my customer to see?

I want to show it preferably in web page because I don't want my customers to install additional software to access the VM. If they can use OS provided remote desktop client to access view-only session, that can also work.

If there is a web based remote desktop desktop solution available which can be embedded on web page (instead of installed client like VNC on their desktops), it should work for me.

[EDIT] Since the tool on VM is running in user interactive session so I cannot revoke the user permissions to make it read-only.
