My computer has Windows 10. I can connect to eduroam with my University email and password but the signal is weak in the room of my dormitory. I'd like to extend it so I've bought this antenna.
I've installed the driver and the software, but I don't know how to to select and set eduroam. Could someone help me do it step by step? I don't kown what to do in the windows shown in the pictures below. (sorry they're in Italian)
What operating system? Are you in an area covered by eduroam? Are you within range of the access point(s)? Are you able to see the access points? We cannot help you with any step by step information without knowing anything about your system. From https://www.eduroam.org/faqs/ it appears that you need to contact your education institution to get access. There is also the suggestion that you need to contact your institution for technical support regarding getting connected to their network.

I nominated the question for reopening. – slhck – 2018-05-24T14:05:01.883
