I want to install/enable the telnet client on my Windows 10 PC. I am an administrator on my PC and have tried various things but I still can't find it.
C:\WINDOWS\system32> dism /online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:TelnetClient

The component store has been corrupted.
The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

P.S I don't know a lot about PCs so please help.
