TeamViewer is causing problems on my PC, sometime the Graphic software got corrupted and today my user profile got corrupted also

I have Hp EliteBook 8570w laptop which have windows 7 64x. I have not face any issue with it for around 5 years. but 2 months ago i install TeamViewer on my PC to be able to work on it remotely. and after that i start facing these 2 serious problems:-

  1. First problem, when i login remotely to my PC using TeamViewer and i chose to show a blackscreen so no one will see my remote interactions, i realized that TeamViwer will install a program to achive this, and this program caused my screen to always dim, and brightness setting where removed from control panel, so i uninstall the program which get installed by Teamviewer, which caused my graphics software to get corrupted.. and i had to open a ticket with HP to install the graphics software again.

  2. and yesterday i face another problem, now usually after i login remotely to my PC using team viewer, the desktop background image will be chnage to a black image, or will show the defualt HP image instead of windows 7 images which i have set + all my desktop files and folder will be removed... but after i restart my laptop, i will get the correct background image and desktop files, this happended almost 5 times... but yesterday when i restart my PC, i realized that the background desktop image was still black + my outlook 2016's setting got removed. so i contact our system admin team, and they mentioned that for a reason or another i can not login using my old profile, and windows have created a temp profile which i am currently login using it. so they removed the temp profile and created a new profile for me (my old profile folder was named FirstName.LastName) while the new profile was named as (FirstName.LastName-CompanyName)....but after creating a new user profile, i lost all the bookmarks, defualt programs i use to have, also when i try to open visual studio i have to re-set everything as if i am new user to it!!!...

so can anyone adivce on these:-

  1. are the problems i am facing regarding TeamView?
  2. is there a way i can re-initiate my old profile , so i can get all the setting and default data i use to have on my old profile?

So, let me tell my personal experience. This has happened with me a lot of times. Windows logs me onto a temp profile. Normally this problem gets solved by a normal restart. There are two things you can do: 1. Do a normal restart and Windows should let you log into your original profile. 2. Tell your System Administrator to perform a Safe Boot(normally happens with the F8 key, ask your System Admin). After Windows boots up in Safe Mode, you should be able to logon in the original profile.
