Can Windows 10 Remote Desktop be activated remotely?

I've set a VPN to connect with a network with several machines. I can use remote desktop on all the PCs but one, which does not have remote desktop or remote management enabled (win 10 standard). I tried using psexec to modify registry keys on the remote computer, but I get an "access denied" error. No one cn physically access the remote pc. Is there a way to enable the remote management at this point? Or at least shut down the remote pc? Thank you in advance for your help

1Someone is going to have to physically access the PC to make this change. – CDove – 2018-04-18T12:18:45.397

so, no way to do it without physical access... That's gonna be a problem... – dlp – 2018-04-18T12:35:34.070

Can you access the Services remotely for that computer? Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services and choose Connect to another computer. See steps here: https://mediarealm.com.au/articles/remotely-enable-remote-desktop-in-windows-7/

Do you even have a local administrative account there? you might be able to enable RDP and configure the firewall if you do. – Patrick R. – 2018-04-18T12:42:08.000

I tried to connect through services. I get an access denied error. I have the credentials for the administrative account, but still can't get in – dlp – 2018-04-18T15:23:17.740

Then I'm afraid you can't get in without a physical presence because the machine is set securely as default (as it should). – Rik – 2018-04-19T08:34:54.937
