Unable to start sshd service on Windows 10

Question

I installed the SFTP server by following this tutorial:

There was no problem while starting the sshd service the first time.  I noticed that the username was NT SYSTEM\sshd.

I tried to connect to sshd using WinSCP, but that failed. So I changed the 'Log On' username for sshd service to my own and the password to Windows authentication. But the service didn't start.

Now I have lost password for NT SYSTEM\sshd.

How can I start the sshd service?
