I have laptop with win7 x64 which I cannot rdp or sccm remote takeover? I cant even ping to this machine from another workstation.
However, I can remote takeover successfully to another machine from this laptop.
I can access Internet fine using broken laptop.
How can I check what is being blocked? Is there any RDP logs?

What do you have on the machine that can block anything? Firewall, security software, etc? Have you enabled RDP on the laptop and confirmed it is listening on port 3389? netstat -abn – Appleoddity – 2017-09-18T15:45:11.170
What is your antivirus software? I faced the same issue that you are describing and the problem was McAfee HIPS. Not SCCM. – r0ca – 2017-10-06T13:11:56.843
