I am unable to type an upper-case 'v' while using the shift key. Hitting the 'v' key by itself works fine. I am having this problem with both the left and right shift key. A dialogue box appears, "do you want to open a game bar"

1Check the keyboard shortcut for the Game Bar. Settings - Gaming - and check the keyboard shortcuts under there. Default key is Win+G, maybe you accidentally set it to Shift V. – Darius – 2017-07-24T02:56:06.863
