I'm working as a system engineer. One my production server have a strange issue. We restarted the server for maintenance activity, after that we are not able to connect the server through RDP. Anyhow we are able to connect through hyper v console and able to ping the server name & IP address as well.
FYI.. Firewall has been disabled, all the services are running fine. Tried to restart the services as well, but no luck. I'm able to Telnet port 3389. Tried to RDP the server with name & address as well. result is same "Internal Error occurred"
Any suggestions please... thanks in advance.

If you are working as a system engineer, and your problem is related to your work, then your question may be better answered on Server Fault That site is for system and network admins.
