Remove administrator password on Dell E6510 with BIOS A15 (-1F5A)?

I cannot find any way to remove the administrator password of Dell E6510 that I purchased some months ago. The laptop doesn't have its original hard drive but another one was put in it.

Service tag is 2GJTXN1-1F5A

1F5A means the BIOS revision is A15.

The password generators that I could find as online services or free softwares are for BIOS revisons smaller than A15 and don't work with "-1F5A" service tags.

I heard about the method of downgrading to a previous BIOS version by generating a ".hdr" file from the console. In the console as an administrator: E6510A14.exe -writehdrfile or E6510A14.exe /writehdrfile.

After running the command with BIOS revisions A07 and A09, I cannot see any E6510A0x.hdr file generated. For BIOS A11 and upper, an error dialog displays:

BIOS Update Program Error: Invalid Command Line. Please verify the program was executed properly.

I heard about paid services, around 13 to 20 USD. The issue is not the price, but about the after sales support if the code the generate is not valid. Has someone tested one of the paid services with the BIOS revision A15 (or upper)? Can the administrator password be found even if the hard drive is not the original one (i.e. has other serial number)?

Any other suggestion?

Nota bene: I don't have equipement to program SOIC 8 chips, but a hot air station and soldering iron. Should I purchase an EEPROM from another E6510?

1Have you tried calling Dell and asking them how much it'd cost for them to do it? – Ƭᴇcʜιᴇ007 – 2017-03-13T15:15:11.787
