I ran some program and it popped up Windows Firewall notification. I didn't think and clicked "cancel" in it.
Now my program crashes with network errors.
How to re-enable this message in order to press "Allow" button?
UPDATE
Note: the question is NOT about how to add exclusions to the fireall, because I DON'T KNOW THE NAME OF THE PROGRAM
Imagine: I ran some script. This script ran some other script, some of them caused another programs to run. Some of these programs triggered firewall message, which I ignored.
Now this program is blocked. When I run script again, I have it malfunctionning, without any messges.
I don't know, what program is blocked.
The question is to either find it or initiate re-asking somehow.

– Ramhound – 2016-12-09T15:39:50.4771I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because without the author knowing the name of the program, there is no possible way for the author to take any steps to get the notification to be displayed again, because the current exception that exists for that application has to be removed manually by the author. It is for that reason this question is "too broad" currently. If this question is closed I will delete my answer to it. – Ramhound – 2016-12-09T16:10:53.060
"it could be possible, for example, to sort rules by date and time of addition and this way to find an exclusion." - Windows Firewall does not have this feature, so this example, is not realistic. – Ramhound – 2016-12-09T16:26:04.853
Also, firewall warnings may logged in Event Viewer. This is another feature could exist. – Dims – 2016-12-09T16:29:16.147
2"Firewall warnings may logged in Event Viewer." - You can check your event viewer to determine which application you blocked, then use that information, to add an allow exception. Adding the allow exception for that program is all that notification that you hit cancel on does anyways. – Ramhound – 2016-12-09T16:30:26.847
@Ramhound Creation of rules is logged in the event log. – DavidPostill – 2016-12-09T17:56:53.097
