How to solve “Your computer is low on memory” error on Windows 10?

RAM: 8GB, 7.73 usable. IT COMES OFTEN AND THEN SOON THE COMPUTER HANGS. I've tried RAM test and Hardware test. Both were positive. I've also rest my computer and used the method video that comes on googling: "your computer is low on memory".

But it was not at all effective.

2Just increase the amount of virtual memory your system has access to. The error in question is tied to your virtual memory not your physical memory. – Ramhound – 2016-12-07T14:48:25.830
