My Epson WF-3640 is powering on and off by itself. I called technical support and was on the phone for 45 minutes. She kept telling me to turn off router, and I kept repeating that it is not connected to anything. She kept saying she would transfer me to her supervisor and kept coming back and repeated her instructions to disconnect from router. I had to hang up after 60 minutes of no help! I can't even use it as a copier. Is there any way to break it out of this power-cycle loop?

1you may want to consider filling a report about the really bad technical support. It is important to actually give feedback so the persons that are not competent either go to training again or are replaced. If nobody gives feedback other users may encounter the same problems as you. – yoyo_fun – 2016-12-30T22:48:01.010
most wf3640's purchased in the past year have a three year warranty. Be worth checking the warranty status on the Epson website – JohnnyVegas – 2016-12-31T01:11:11.637
