I'm looking for a solution similar to SSH passwordless login where a user can login only by her ssh private key.
Is there anything similar in Windows?

@Ramhound That would be OK as long as the password is used locally to ,for example, decrypt a private key and is not sent over the wire. – Jeremy Mc – 2016-11-12T07:33:45.253
