The journal requires the page size in U.S. Letter (8 1/2" by 11"). But how to change to this size? I could not find the settings in the picture below.

This procedure sets the size of your custom need:
Thank you. As I checked, I think I am already using the required size. http://www.papersizes.org/us-paper-sizes.htm shows that 8 1/2" by 11" is just 216 x 279 mm. While in Word 2016, it is 21.59 cm x 27.94 cm. So I think they are meaning the same thing.

US Letter size is only allowed to be measured in units of inches. It isn't allowed to be expressed in metric units. :-) – fixer1234 – 2016-09-12T21:47:30.390
I disagree because the US metric system is being assimilated into the world-wide I.S. one. Just look at the new road markings. – Overmind – 2016-09-13T08:44:50.043
Off-topic (Not sarcasm): US needs to change its metrics. – Overmind – 2016-09-12T10:09:15.637
do you mean I need to post this somewhere else? – lanselibai – 2016-09-12T10:11:14.680
