Ok so my laptop has a blue green line running horizontal acrossed the bottom of the screen. i connected it to my tv and theres no lines on the tv. so im thinking its the cable running from comp to screen or screen is muffed. please let me know how to fix this and thank you very much. lenovo laptop ideapad n586.

1This would be easier to answer if you snap a photo of the screen and post the image. Is it one line or more than one? Multiple pixels wide? How close together? Does it change or move while you're using the computer? Does it go completely across the screen? Is it a bright, fixed color regardless of the background color or does the appearance vary with the content displayed on the screen in that location? Does it always appear, and appear in the same place, after you reboot? Is it affected by opening and closing the screen, or moving the screen? – fixer1234 – 2016-08-06T14:52:41.540
it kinda flickers in the same spot it i tap it i can get it to go away but once i move it, it comes back on.i can open and close the lip and its 1 line. ive rebooted the system and still there. and sorry idk how to add a picture. – Obie – 2016-08-06T14:59:41.543
