When I go to command prompt and write this command
chkdsk \f \r e:
It say’s that it’s type RAW and it has to be NTFS to fix this problem with chkdsk.
Is there any possible solution to fix this issue. I have an important files on it.

External rotating disks are probably the least reliable digital storage medium widely available today. Using it to store the only copy of anything you care about is completely inadvisable. – David Schwartz – 2016-08-05T11:43:34.927
check the SMART stats on the volume, and if its mechanically healthy, a utility like SpinRite may help you repair the filesystem metadata sufficiently to then perform filesystem repairs using chkdsk. https://www.grc.com/sr/spinrite.htm Do not attempt to use spinrite or any tool like it if the disk is not healthy, in that case you will want to get a replacement disk, and attempt to recover the data off the old disk using tools like testdisk, ddrescue, and photorec/recuva/easus before it fails completely.
