I thought this was the solution but there are no answers and ALT+0133 works for me. – Anastasia Dunbar – 2016-07-04T16:38:37.610

Alt+30 gives RS and Alt+31 gives US. – Anastasia Dunbar – 2016-07-04T16:46:06.253

Have you tried it with leading zeroes; e.g., (Alt)+(01)? – G-Man Says 'Reinstate Monica' – 2016-07-04T19:30:04.053

@G-Man Yes but it doesn't help at all. The character set is maybe switched. – Anastasia Dunbar – 2016-07-05T11:57:50.867
