I'm not sure if there would be much interest in these here so I'll ask before uploading them. I believe staying fit is an important addition to anyones survival toolkit, though maybe not as fun as most topics here.
If anyone is interested, I can upload them in a few days.
While some of the exercises are similar to those used in BCT, they are toned down civilian versions without the 10k march afterwards.

All three have been converted to avi, hopefully someone with more time can convert them to RV if needed.
Basic: Operation Wake-Up Call (25:27) 126-128 beats per minute (538 MB)
Intermediate: Operation Double Time (42:49) 134-136 beats per minute (1.11 GB)
Advanced: Operation Fit to Fight (47:12) 143-146 beats per minute (1.21 GB)
