Just watched inside edition and they had a story on the key bumping videos available on youtube.
According to inside edition there is an international uproar over these videos being made available on youtube. I'll be downloading all the keybumping videos in case they are pulled from youtube and I'll upload them to rapidshare and post the links here so that our freedom is not inhibited.

Theres already a wonderful rather definitive video guide to bumpkey-ing , by an online lockpicking group http://www.toool.nl/index-eng.php
So unless the youtube videos are anything exceptional or have amazing revelations you're more or less wasting your time.

I would think that the more different sources for information the better, No matter that they may not be 'anything exceptional'

I'm sure it's just a ploy to get more awareness for you-tube for the eventual turn around to a profit generating venture. Play the sheeple, Play the sheeple.
Websites like google, wikipedia, myspace and you-tube worry me.

Don't you love their logic?
"Our security devices are so poorly made that internet videos are teaching kids how to bypass them. Let's demonize the authors of the videos.".
Fucking idiots.

Whether or not the information is valuable, or if it is bunk, is entirely irrelevant to the situation at hand. The fact is the information is perceived by the media to be dangerous, harmful, and by extrapolating that logic, to be valid useful knowledge. The sheeple are led to believe it, so it must be so.
I can almost guarantee that the videos will be pulled because of the negative publicity the Tube is getting. However, the videos will be pulled after Tube rides the wave of controversy and everyone gets to download them, and then Tube will get more publicity for being responsible once they are removed.
It should be self evident that a rock can just as easily be used to smash a window to break in, just as it should be a match to gasoline makes just as much a bomb as a pound of acetone peroxide. These teenagers did not create the key bumping techniques, they didn’t even popularize the videos. The lock industry figured this stuff out, and the media popularized it.
I heard of this issue earlier today because someone I know was complaining about the availability of dangerous information on the Internet. I said there are lock picking books at the public library, and there is a locksmith in every town with this knowledge. No information is dangerous, no tool is a weapon, and no skill is harmful UNTIL a person chooses to do something wrong with it. Blame the Internet, blame the camera manufacturers, hell blame me for all that’s worth, but whatever you do don’t blame the people responsible. No one would have been the wiser to these videos excepting the media choose to run the story over and over and over. Now the cat is out of the bag.
What’s the big secret anyway? Like I just mentioned, a rock can just as easily smash a window. People have been picking locks since there were locks. This is not some dark classified secret, but kids doing what kids do: break stuff.
