I've always wondered just how many military personnel might frequent this forum. What country are they from? What branch of service do they belong to. Occupational specialty? I expect most positions are going to be somewhat related to explosives. I know of at least one cyclonite, an EOD (was it army?). I myself am an Army Combat Engineer (21B). CEs work primarily in mine warfare, demolition :D , obstacles, road maintenance, serving as light or mechanized infantry, shit jobs no one else wants, etc. Anybody else?

Hmm...thought there would be more. Well, I'm sure there are some who would rather not say that they are in the military which is understandable. Anyhow, I'm leaving for Sill (maybe I'll get to pop some more cratering charges!) soon and from there I'm goin to Iraq. Don't really wanna go but I knew I'd eventually hafta. Wish me luck.

My apologies ladies and gents - never wore the uniform ! Was a military
brat from the day I was born until age 18. Beyond that, I worked for a
military contractor from 1981 to 1994. I did my part to defeat Communisn
for over 13 years but ended up working myself out of a job in the process.
Such is the nature of life I guess ! C'est la vie !

anchorpad, not every member of this forum is a disgruntled 14 year old...
We had an age survey once, and we have members from 12 to all the way to around the 60 mark.
